Portrait as Dialogue - Exercising the Dialogical Self

In this paper, using the example of my projects, I present a way in which art practice-based research can reveal the processes that occur in any attempt to represent otherness, even when different groups such as Mongolian herders (), Sami singers () and Australian Aboriginal hunters () use different cultural codes and perspectives. The issue contains texts by Gerald Cipriani (Ed.), Hiroshi Yosioka, Sandra A. Wawrytko, Dominique Verdoni, Angelika Böck, Francesca Pierini and Hannah Hale.
